REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency with computers and various software
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
- Proactive problem-solving skills with an ability to learn and adopt new techniques
- Ability to manage, optimize, and grow processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive service experience
- Call center experience
- CDK experience
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to current and potential customers to answer questions, resolve concerns, and confirm appointments
- Coordinate mobile visits and PDEL activities, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching technicians
- Supervise mobile technicians, perform service writing duties, and maintain parts inventory to optimize service workflow
- Track daily performance metrics, such as appointments booked, services completed, add-ons sold, and job revenue
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and conduct post-repair follow-ups
- Reschedule “no-show, not completed” appointments
- Collaborate with service management to develop dealership growth strategies and promote maintenance plans, extended warranties, and other special offerings
- Conduct online research to find Ford vehicles and inventory from open recalls, small fleets, and used car centers
- Participate in training opportunities and maintain CSI at or above dealership standard
