JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrates extensive experience in business development with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Exhibits strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related field
• Ability to close deals and build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in multiple languages may be required for international business development roles
• Can work independently and positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
• We have Chinese clients, and knowledge of English and Mandarin is essential

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Research target markets, industries and companies
• Generate and nurture leads through various channels (e.g. networking, cold calls, online platforms)
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and build rapport with them
• Provide clients with clarifications information and assistance in a prompt and professional manner
• Organise meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients
• Conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages
• Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of business development activities
• Exploring potential and new clients
