Description:

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Specialist is an entry-level role focused on driving growth through outbound prospecting, lead generation, and strategic relationship building with targeted national accounts. This role is crucial in identifying and securing large, multi-location accounts with significant brand recognition. The successful candidate will meet with clients, create compelling pitch decks, and represent DuraServ Corp at industry trade shows.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School graduation or equivalent is required—associate or bachelor’s degree, preferred. Combined experience in this type of job role of 1-2 or more years with education is desirable.
  • Experience in relevant industry tasks or internships

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential leads.
  • Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large, multi-location accounts.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present DuraServ Corp’s solutions.
  • Create and deliver engaging pitch decks tailored to the specific needs of targeted accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients.
  • Represent DuraServ Corp at industry trade shows and events to promote our products and services.
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
