Description:
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree qualification and marketing or sales qualifications preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, customer engagement, sales, or marketing required.
- Customer support experience and knowledge of the Energy Storage or renewable energy industry are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas/targets.
- Experience with SFDC or similar opportunity tracking software required.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and social media required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential customers, influencers, and channel partners, and present findings and industry trends to improve business strategy.
- Develop targeted messaging based on customer pain points and manage campaigns to identify and nurture leads to closure.
- Handle effective communication with potential customers, including delivering value propositions, and drive targeted social media efforts in collaboration with Customer Marketing.
- Schedule and organize in-person and online meetings with potential customers and plan attendance at relevant industry events.
- Establish communication processes for engaging with key customers and promote business initiatives through company-hosted webinars.
- Assist in business development by facilitating engagement with global Customer Marketing, Channel Management, and Offering Management teams.
