We offer complete EPCM services including Project Management, Feasibility Studies, Multi Discipline Engineering, Detailed Design, Procurement, Construction Management, Commissioning & Start-up and Operations Maintenance Support.

OVERVIEW

Lauren Services is looking for a ‘Client Relationship Representative” who will be instrumentational in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, executing targeted sales strategies and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of our services, exceptional sales acumen and a proactive approach to developing new business.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

May include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve defined revenue targets in the Energy sector
  • Work within our target markets, segments and potential clients to optimize sales efforts
  • Proactively reach out and generate leads/opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and value proposition to our clients
  • Attend industry events, conferences and tradeshows to build network of potential clients and industry contacts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and stakeholders.
  • Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape affecting Energy markets
  • Continued partnership with proposal team, and bids and tender and vendor management, including RFI’s, RFQ/ RFP’s

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ Years of sales related experience in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities including proven established relationships
  • Proven Track Record of Achieving and Exceeding Sales Targets
  • Understanding of technical services within the industry including market dynamics and industry challenges

SKILLS

  • Understanding of the Traditional Energy (Oil and Gas), Transitional Energy & Industrial industries and Lauren’s service offerings.
  • Knowledge of construction management and trenchless engineering a benefit.
  • Excellent communications, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HubSpot or other Customer Relationship Management Platforms
  • Experience in proposal generation, with a focus on competitive submissions
    This is based in Calgary, hybrid and flexible environment with lucrative commission and sales structure.
