About the Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Location: Utah Hybrid
What will you do?
- Sourcing opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound programs. Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Own the value proposition, collaborating with Google and partners on sales opportunities.
- Enable Google, and partners on value proposition and sales tools to help them identify, qualify, win opportunities and maximize profits.
- Collaborating with marketing and business development teams to help increase product awareness and demand.
- Provide joint product and program expertise and engage key people and teams for general and escalation inquiries.
- Help the account teams understand what is working, feature gaps, and guide them on alternative approaches and potential solutions that work today provided by Google, and/ or partners.
- Enable the account teams to upsell Enterprise solutions during initial customer conversations.
- Maintain an understanding & knowledge of how to position against competitive products.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
- Experience as a Business Development Representative or Sales Representative working in a similar industry.
- Sales, communication, negotiation, marketing, data analysis, and project management experience
- Ability to present technically to both small and large audiences virtually
- Experience with virtual applications and desktop solutions
- Knowledge of software upgrade licenses and software management consoles

The pay for this position is $26.44 and is paid hourly/annually. This pay structure may include a variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
