JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate shall have experiences in CRO industry either in Asia (China) or in North America (US and Canada), will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to market research and client engagement, ensuring our company remains competitive in the industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in sales or business development is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

  • Track sales metrics and prepare reports on business development activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and expand professional connections.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
