Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new paying clients, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and goal-oriented individual with excellent communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment services and a passion for business expansion.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in a startup environment is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Meet and exceed set KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.Provide regular reports on business development activities, performance, and growth strategies.
