Are you a successful and commercial Project Manager with a background in the food/feed industry? Are you a conceptual thinker by nature and do you know ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’? Then we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
- Define, develop and implement a long term Business Development strategy for B2F Europe on ‘where to play’ and ‘how to win’;
- Excellent understanding of the market of our customer’s customers. Translating facts and figures into intelligent insights (tying the knots);
- Decide who to partner with
- Translate strategy, insights & innovations into differentiating concepts for farmers and/or chain partners, and choose limited number to focus on
- Prepare concepts, execute pilots and develop roll out strategy
- Lead projects until market implementation, together with execution teams;
- Align with relevant internal and external stakeholders for max. success;Convince management about the new business opportunities.
