Description:

BRAMLEY HEALTH ARE LOOKING FOR A MOTIVATED, RESULTS DRIVEN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT OFFICER WHO HAS EXPERIENCE WITHIN A HEALTHCARE ENVIRONMENT TO JOIN THEIR TEAM.

The role of Business Development Support Officer will play a pivotal role in serving as a conduit between the Business Development Team and the Finance Team (Sales Ledger function).

Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
We have a total of 8 homes and 1 hospital that are operational located around the Southeast of England, with more being renovated to open in due course.

KEY SKILLS

  • Previous experience within a finance team
  • Excellent Excel skills to create and work with detailed reports
  • The ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Time management and planning skills are essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously
  • Ability to continuously prioritise and meet deadlines in a changing environment

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain awareness and an understanding of the funding lifecycle for every service user
  • Monitor the progress of the FNC application and communicate when confirmed if FNC has been granted
  • In collaboration with the Finance Team, ensure awareness of any funding changes is communicated internally and that the new funding arrangements are correct and if required a new placement agreement/ contract is requested
  • Maintain accurate schedules detailing each service users funding streams (Local Authority/ ICB/ FNC/ Client Contribution/ 1:1) and be able to provide reports and data when required
