SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience as a BDR, with demonstrated success in lead generation and qualification.
- Team lead: 1+ experience as a team leader, mentorship or/& coaching role, with a passion for helping others develop and succeed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Team Development:
- Lead a team of BDRs, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment where team members can develop their skills and confidence.
- Lead by example, sharing best practices and techniques that enhance team performance
- Strategic Outreach and Lead Generation:
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach via calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and other activities to identify potential clients and generate leads.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospects, explaining the full Workwize cycle, identifying their pain points, and qualifying them for the next steps.
Experiment with new channels and methods to optimize outreach efforts, and automate successful approaches to increase efficiency.
