The Role
Client Director Summary: Client Directors are leaders within the client team dept. Individuals who have the talent and skillset to bring everything together we offer within Havas Group to deliver best in class output for our clients. As a Client Director, you can have well informed client conversations; channel neutrality and understand the requirements of both brand & performance geared towards the needs of the clients.
This role will be assisting the Client Partner in managing the accounts while also driving innovation and maintaining leadership across various business areas connected to each account. Key will also be managing and ensuring a happy and motivated team (Account Directors, Managers and Executives across both accounts) to deliver excellence in all aspects of our client partnerships.
We have big aspirations to continue to raise the bar and deliver award winning work and we are really excited about the year ahead.
Domino’s:
We’re entering our 24th year of working with Domino’s (the leading name in the pizza category) with the relationship growing from strength to strength, and multiple award shortlist and wins. 2024 sees the further development of their occasion segmentation and a new strategy which positions Domino’s as a lead QSR that understands their consumers and has the antidote to their needs.
Responsibilities
The Havas Media remit is UK but expands across EMEA given the UK is the top market in this region. Havas Media’s responsibilities for this client is three-fold:
To deliver best in class, innovative media strategy, planning & buying. Our work is focused on nurturing brand metrics, support seasonal campaigns and continuing to grow the Starbucks loyalty program in the UK. With a particular planning focus on Gen-Z, Havas have successfully developed & deployed Award Winning Outdoor, Paid Social & Audio strategies for Starbucks UK campaigns. 2025/2026 planning currently also presents exciting opportunities for our work to expand into Video & Partnerships strategies.
To lead & coordinate the UK integrated agency team (Creative Agency, PR, In-store & Experiential) ensuring strong collaboration & integration for more meaningful & effective campaigns. We are responsible for ensuring seamless Ways of Working for wider agency stakeholders, deployment of this process and facilitating best in class integration of campaigns across all comms touchpoints for the client.
Owner of Communications measurement projects & strategic consult. Havas has played an integral role for this client in providing wider strategic communications guidance & support. On top of this, Havas also conduct ongoing measurement projects including Brand Tracking, Campaign Tracking and Econometrics modelling for Starbucks in this market which feeds into all integrated agency thinking.

  • Proactively develops more junior members of the team and drafts clear objectives, including ownership of appropriate appraisals.
  • Gets the most out of your team, delegates authority to match their teams job level and holds them accountable
  • Works with specialist team leads to manage hours dedicated to the account to ensure profitability
  • Effectively communicates upwards account challenges and suggests structural changes to retainer/contract
