Responsibilities:

  • You thoroughly understand, communicate and advocate the point of view of a creative agency on every touchpoint, internally and externally.
  • Having a hands-on mentality and no problem getting your hands dirty if the cause is to bring creative excellence to life.
  • You are the day-to-day senior interface who steers the project whilst firmly believing that breakthrough creativity is the solution for the problems of the clients you manage.
  • You build and maintain client relationships on senior level while uncovering client´s needs.
  • You clearly communicate the client’s objectives and collaborate with creative directors and planners, to set the creative and strategic tone for the client.
  • You have a point of view on advertising and ideas and you feel at ease while evaluating creative products against strategic direction and providing on track feedback.
  • You are confident in helping the creative team go in the right direction through accurate briefing and project handling skills.
  • You are a true team leader who cares for his team and the team members of a project. You resolve conflicts, provide clear and fair direction and feedback to mid-level and junior staff.
  • As a problem solver, you undertake process improvement initiatives especially when the project is getting slippery or steered in the wrong way.
  • You raise client awareness with empathy when changes in client direction affect budgets or project handling.
  • You show sound decision making regarding in scope and out of scope jobs and what to prioritize.
  • You identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with both existing and potential clients.
  • You manage and facilitate new business pitches.
