Description:

The purpose of the business excellence role in the newly established Global People Services & Solutions is to drive operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and innovation in the People Services and Solution function. This would involve collaborating with team leads and process owners to optimize HR processes and systems, leveraging key performance indicators to monitor progress, and identifying areas for improvement. The goal is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations while maintaining high levels of quality and service delivery. The business excellence expert would also be responsible for implementing best practices and developing a culture of continuous improvement within People Services & Solutions. This role will drive sustainable growth and success for Shared Services by enabling the HR function to meet evolving business needs and demands.

What we ask

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably from an established Shared Service Center
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Knowledge of tools and methodologies for driving continuous improvement such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Knowledge and experience in using project management methodologies and tools, budgeting, evaluation, and the ability to manage multiple projects or priorities
  • Strong understanding of business operations, industry trends, and best practices related to HR Service Delivery

Vacancy description

  • Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives such as process improvement, lean activities, and optimize organizational performance resulting in greater efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor HR service delivery and operational effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to improve service delivery
  • Stay up to date and leverage industry best practices and emerging trends in HR services and operations to identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery and operational effectiveness
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure successful adoption of new practices
