Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Business Excellence Lead, you will be accountable to ensuring key business excellence
processes are executed efficiently and effectively in the UK&I affiliate. Your focus will span
several key domains, including operational excellence, CRM management, field team design,
customer targeting, data management, insights, forecasting, and global collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational excellence, CRM Management, Field Team Design, and Customer Targeting

  • Own and manage the local Veeva CRM system in the UK and Ireland, ensuring that it allow seamless and accurate customer engagement management. Working closely with global SBE team to ensure process is aligned globally.
  • Manage local CRM admin to ensure that the CRM is running efficiently, and cycle updates are implemented in a timely manner.
  • Optimize field team design and targeting strategies to maximize customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance customer targeting and optimization to ensure that customer targets are aligned with brand strategy
  • Lead the development of Incentive schemes, ensuring fair and accurate sales targets that motivate and stretch the field force. Working closely with the business excellence specialist to ensure timely delivery of the schemes in time for the start of the new sales cycle.

Data Management

  • Oversee data governance, quality, and integrity. Working closely with the Insights and Analytics Manager and Business Excellence Specialise. Collaborating with IT teams to optimize data storage, retrieval, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Manage the relationship with 3rd party data suppliers, supporting the Insights and Analytics Manager in the appropriate
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations for business growth.

Insights and Market Research

  • Work closely with the Insights and Analytics Aanager to ensure external data sources andmarket research are leveraged to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the IDTs with actionable insights into brand and competitor performance
  • Support the Insights and Analytics Manager to ensure that MR research, where the UK is involved, is answering key UK business needs and is appropriately disseminated to relevant stakeholders

    Forecasting

  • Manage the forecasting efforts across business units, working closely with the Business Insights and Analytics manager and Business Excellence Specialist who manage this workstream

  • Ensure collaboration with finance, sales, and supply chain teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust as needed.

Global Partnership

  • Foster strong relationships with global counterparts in SBE ensuring alignment and collaboration
  • Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, share best practices, and drive alignment.
  • Act as a bridge between local and global teams.
