Executive Assistant for U.S.-based Real Estate Development Company
At Uptalent.io, we connect top remote professionals from Latin America with leading companies in the US. We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our private network and support the CEO of a fast-growing company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing email communications, scheduling appointments, organizing data and files, and providing reports and updates on various projects. This position requires quick communication skills and the initiative to support the CEO across a diverse range of tasks.
The ideal candidate will have the potential to grow into a broader project management and operations role, including conducting basic data analysis, market research, and managing other virtual assistants. Responsibilities include:
- Weekly Budget/Schedule reporting for ongoing projects.
- Check on marketing campaign metrics, summarize and report these.
- Manage CEOs inbox and schedule meetings.
- Report on weekly Asana status updates.
- Clean and maintain organization of Google Drive.
- General administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling personal
appointments, grocery deliveries, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience working as an executive assistant.
- Some experience working in any sector of real estate, primarily to understand the lingo.
- Strong English communication, ability to be the first point of contact for the CEO’s inbox.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets and Docs.
- Ability to learn to navigate new (but simple) software, such as Hubspot and Asana.
Other Preferences
Strong preference for candidates with some level of technical proficiency and experience
working in a fast-paced tech environment. We’re looking to scale up our VA team, and want an
A + player who can learn, report on, and problem-solve new softwares as the role advances.
Examples of this:
- Going into Excel, cleaning up and migrating data into a Google Sheet. Adding new functionality.
- Setting up an integration in Hubspot
- Reading, compiling, and reporting on data from market reports
