We are looking for a talented Business Finance Partner to join our Finance and Operations team in the Clat Affiliate (our affiliate that is based in Panama and has a cluster of countries in Central America, the Caribbean and selected countries in South America).

The Position As an Business Finance Partner at Novo Nordisk, you will: Provide strategic and analytical support to business units and senior management for optimal decision-making.
Deliver business insights and relevant data to support financial landings and other P&L decisions.
Act as a Finance Partner with departments to effectively manage costs and allocate resources, contributing to continuous financial decision-making processes.
Conduct financial planning and analysis, including budget exercises for the affiliate.
Drive the improvement of FP&A processes through digital transformation and process simplification.
Lead and support financial processes such as RE2, AB, and LE.
Interpret and control P&L performance, ensuring alignment with targets and long-term ambitions.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economy, Administration, or in other related field.
At least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning, with strong financial modeling and analytical skills, critical thinking, data driven mindset, proactive, self-managed, interactive, with stakeholder management skills and have a sound functional knowledge within business finance.
Proficiency in at least one digital tool for analytics and visualization, preferably Power BI.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or people management skills are a strong plus.
