About the Role
As a Business Governance Manager in our Lending Securities as a Service (LSaaS) team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the LSaaS Initiative Performance Lead and Product Owners with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

What will your day look like?
Your role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and will be responsible for:
monitoring project plans, timelines, and budgets against key milestones and deliverables in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders.
preparing regular status reports, dashboards, and other analytical outputs to provide stakeholders with insights into project performance, risks, and issues.
assisting in resource allocation and capacity planning efforts to ensure optimal utilization of resources across projects within the portfolio.
facilitating reporting on project risks and issues, conducting risk assessments, and working with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
maintaining project document repositories (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and ensuring appropriate user access.
assisting in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.
identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project workflows, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes and enhancements.
assisting in maintaining project governance frameworks, including project charters, governance structures, and decision-making processes.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven years of experience in in project coordination or project support roles, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building ability across junior and senior levels
Working knowledge of ANZ risk policies, and ability to proactively identify and assess risks and comply with processes and policies.
A “can do” attitude and a desire to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem solving techniques.
Ability to apply change management practices, communicate direction, rationale and outcomes clearly (bring people on the journey) and a continuous improvement approach based on feedback loops
