JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS GROWTH AND MEMBER ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Position: Business Growth Manager
Salary: Base salary of $55,000 with an attractive commission structure and future partnership opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development and Sales Pipeline Management
  • Objective: To book potential members for a discovery call and/or strategy sessions with a certified business coach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize brand visibility by identifying potential clients and creating a continuously updated pipeline of prospects. Follow the 13 steps of the sales pipeline to ensure continuous movement for prospects, nurturing quality sales-qualified leads to meet a certified business coach or attend a 6 Steps event. Answer incoming leads and follow up until they are booked with a certified business coach. Engage in bold walking, cold calling, and proactive follow-ups with clients. Take full responsibility for the deals pipeline, ensuring quick follow-up and response times. Understand the firm’s products/services and their benefits to potential members and always maintain a strong pipeline of potential leads.
  • Gain Referrals from Current Members
  • Objective: Receive monthly referrals from current members.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing members, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and exceptional service. Utilize a referral system to automate asking for referrals from current members.
  • Sales Seminars and Events
  • Objective: Book meetings with a certified business coach and add members.
  • Actively participate in lead generation efforts for our 6 Steps to a Better Business event, engaging with potential clients during events, fostering meaningful conversations, and identifying opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships
  • Objective: Build strong partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Actively build partnerships in all roles for the firm for referral partners and engagement, ensuring win/win outcomes with all partners. Build strong event and program sponsorship partnerships and systemize the process of attracting partners and sponsors with an automated process.
  • Onboarding
  • Objective: Ensure smooth onboarding of new members.
  • Assist in onboarding new members with the coach, ensuring all contracts are understood and signed, collecting and setting up payments, and ensuring accurate data entry into campaigns for programs.
  • Membership Events and Support
  • Objective: Foster continuous growth and engagement in member events.
  • Foster continuous and never-ending growth in member events by working with the team to build excitement for member events and developing close relationships with members to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Public Engagement and Networking
  • Objective: Increase public engagement and networking event attendance.
  • Represent the program comfortably in public settings, taking full ownership of networking programs, increasing networking event attendance and satisfaction rates, and seeking outside speaking engagements and opportunities for certified business coaches to be in front of target audiences.

Skills and Experience:

  • Membership or Events Background: Demonstrated impact within a closed-user group.
  • Friendly and Open Communication Style: An approachable demeanor.
  • Sales Oriented: Great communication and ability to listen well and offer solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: Driven by KPIs and goals.
  • Organized and Deadline-Driven: Structured work approach.

  • Microsoft Suite Experience: Proficiency in Word and intermediate Excel.
  • Minimum 2 Years in Similar Role: Relevant experience.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with SharePoint, HubSpot, and Go High Level CRMs.
  • Adaptability: Previous roles in small businesses, understanding flexible role demands.
