We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Growth Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support the growth of Liquid Group’s Commercial units, focusing on digital payments, corporate payments, and key account management. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their career in business development and the financial and payments industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline or diploma with 1-2 years’ relevant experience
- No prior experience required, but internships or related experience is an advantage
- Strong interest in business development and the payments or fintech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and growth-focused startup
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage

Responsibilities:
Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities to expand Liquid Group’s market presence in the digital and corporate payments sectors
- Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy
