Description:
A prominent real estate company in Riyadh is seeking a talented Business Growth Manager to spearhead the expansion of its portfolio. This role is essential for the company’s strategy to capture emerging opportunities within Riyadh’s booming real estate landscape. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and nurturing new business ventures, driving the company’s position as a market leader in real estate development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be located in Saudi Arabia with a valid sponsorship transfer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s or certifications are advantageous).
- 5-7 years of business development experience in the property development industry, particularly within the Saudi market.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian real estate sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
- Proven experience in deal sourcing, negotiations, and closing large-scale real estate transactions.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in financial modeling and feasibility analysis.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while working under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute business development strategies that fuel company revenue and growth within the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with potential clients, investors, developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Lead negotiations for key transactions, crafting proposals that align with business goals and ensure mutual benefit.
- Generate and qualify leads for new property development projects, ensuring they align with company goals.
- Drive the sales process for real estate assets, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Stay abreast of market trends through comprehensive research, identifying new opportunities and potential customers.
- Prepare detailed market reports and performance analyses for senior management.
- Oversee project development, from initial conceptualization through to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Establish and foster partnerships with financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and other entities to facilitate project approvals and financing.
