Description:

The Role
Our client is an Established FM Service Provider to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of our business development and operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery while fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives, and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth. - Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion. - Develop new business relationships and partnerships to enhance market presence and revenue streams. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Address client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally. - New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new contracts and partnerships. - Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives. - Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution of facility management services including maintenance, cleaning, security, and other related functions.
Requirements
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. - Proven experience as a Business Development or similar executive role in facilities management or related industry. - Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities and achieving revenue targets. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. - Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
