JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of U.S. immigration law, excellent written English skills, and a high proficiency in English (C1 level). The position is not remote and requires in-office presence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with U.S. immigration law, specifically in business immigration.
  • Excellent written English skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate legal documents.
  • High proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal counsel on all aspects of business immigration law, including but not limited to H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2, EB-1, and EB-5 visas.
  • Prepare, review, and file a wide range of business immigration documents and petitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration law and policy, and communicate these changes effectively to clients.
  • Represent clients in immigration-related proceedings and liaise with government agencies as needed.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Maintain detailed and organized case files and ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
