Description:

We are offering a contract engagement for a Immigration Paralegal based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is vital to our client’s operations and is focused on providing legal support within the business immigration sector. You will be responsible for managing immigration documentation, case management, efiling, calendaring and using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word to ensure smooth communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents related to business immigration
  • Utilizing Microsoft Word to create and edit legal documents
  • Using Microsoft Outlook to manage communication with clients and other parties
  • Conducting legal research to support ongoing cases
  • Preparing legal correspondence and presentations
  • Ensuring all legal documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in immigration law
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of case files
  • Coordinating with clients to gather necessary information and documents
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information.
  • Experience in a Paralegal role or similar is essential
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Demonstrated ability to handle Legal Documentation is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential
  • Must possess a strong understanding of legal terminology
  • A Bachelor’s degree in law or related field is preferred
  • Experience in legal research and drafting legal documents is required
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment is necessary
  • Must possess strong problem-solving skills
