BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT COORDINATOR AT BELL GROUP
Bell Group is seeking a motivated Business Improvement Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive operational excellence and support business improvements across our branch network, focusing on Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) processes.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar business support or HSEQ role.
- Strong understanding of HSEQ systems and compliance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse data and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to deliver training and support to teams at all levels.
- Experience in audit preparation and working with compliance standards such as PAS/ISO, Rail, Fire, NICEIC, etc. preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret data to identify areas of concern, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor non-compliance using IMS targets and KPIs, implementing corrective actions in collaboration with Branch Managers.
- Conduct internal process audits across the branch network and assess risk management processes.
- Work closely with branch teams and the Executive Director IMS to suggest solutions for emerging issues.
- Provide procedural advice, guidance, and training to staff at all levels.
- Implement Corrective Action Requests (CARs) based on branch audit feedback, striving for a ‘gold standard’ in HSEQ management.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with Bell’s policies and procedures and assist in addressing issues.
- Support customer care by resolving issues escalated through various channels.
- Assist branches with audit preparation (PAS/ISO, Rail, Fire, NICEIC, etc.) and contribute ideas for HSEQ objectives.
- Liaise with the Compliance Team to provide feedback for improving the IMS and suggest enhancements based on practical outcomes.
- Organise and host quarterly admin meetings, ensuring compliance with induction processes and relevant training for new staff.
