JOB SUMMARY

Drive business improvements through a combination of process re-engineering, data management, systems configuration, and automation. Develop expertise in the interactions of processes, data, and systems for one or more major supply chain business functions including the impacts on upstream and downstream functions. Improve department efficiency by designing, testing, and implementing solutions that reduce time and labor requirements while ensuring quality outputs and compliance with applicable standards. Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions to minimize downtime and customer impact.
Work with stakeholders, including management and executive level staff to identify business requirements and risks.
Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, process measurements and change management activities.
Facilitate cross functional meetings and discussions to appropriately leverage expertise.
Research, test, and understand the impacts of systems configuration changes and processing options.
Understand the flow and management of data within and between systems.
Identify opportunities for automation using inherent systems capabilities as well as third party tools.
Clearly communicate opportunities and issues, including options, benefits, risks, and costs, both orally and in writing
The successful candidate will have multiple of the following skills and experience:
Supply chain functional area experience/expertise
Health System work experience
Major business systems implementation or upgrade participation
System and integration troubleshooting
Business process documentation and analysis
Process reengineering / Lean / Six Sigma
Data analysis and reporting
Change management
Business Process Automation / Robotic Process Automation

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, healthcare administration or related field required.
