QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field OR a combination of related education and work experience.
- 2 years + of relevant work experience (new grads welcome with relevant experience)
- Proven attention to detail with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven dedication to customer service excellence.
- Ability to perform multiple work assignments in a deadline driven environment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as in a self-directed manner.
- Ability to think innovatively and creatively.
- Ability to quickly learn information technology systems.
- Experience with data querying tools is considered an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer experience by providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service functions.
- Validate and execute customer data and access requests in accordance with standard methodologies, policies, and controls.
- Perform functional and data validations to maintain customer-facing application integrity, quality, and reliability.
- Act as a liaison with internal clients on behalf of customers; assist in the development of business support solutions and provide technical guidance.
