Job Title: Business Insurance Specialist
Please note we do not offer hybrid or remote working options as well as sponsorship for this role
Location: Quayside Business Park, 3rd Floor Block One, Mill St, Dundalk, Co. Louth, A91 DP8R, Ireland
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.30am – 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (37.5hrs)
Salary: Qualified OTE (uncapped): €39,930 (APA) / €42,350 (CIP)
Unqualified OTE (uncapped): €36,300
Main Purpose of Job:
We are hiring into our Sales Team that will involve compliant selling of business insurance to commercial clients. Ensuring the product offered is based on a thorough and fair review of Radius’ available market and best suits the needs (and wants) of the client.

The role …
We are currently hiring multiple business insurance specialist in our sales teams to join our fast growing team at radius.

Main Tasks of Job:

  • Acting as a Broker on behalf of relevant Radius clients and perspective clients.
  • Converting inbound & outbound insurance leads into clients.
  • Working towards targets and key performance indicators, as agreed with management.
  • Effectively managing your own time, requesting support when required.
  • Working as a member of a team to help develop other staff and progress the company, as a whole.
  • Providing excellent customer service, including but not limited to, de-escalating complaints/customer issues and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Working with others including colleagues and insurers to develop long-term relationships.
  • Administrative duties associated with the role.
  • Engaging with clients, predominantly through phone and email.
  • Addressing problems identified and putting corrective measures in place.
  • Ensuring your working environment is safe and appropriate for the role.
  • Continuous professional development as required by relevant regulation and/or legislation.
