We are currently searching for a Business Integration Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the assimilation of new software and processes into the organization’s existing operations. The analyst will work within the Business Integration team and will serve both internal and external business partners. Research, configuration, analysis, and communication will be key in performing the role’s functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing network infrastructure, systems and software throughout the enterprise.
  • Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with end-users and department managers. Where applicable
  • Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes.
  • Evaluate results of integration projects, then report and make recommendations based on findings.
  • Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users.
  • Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop testing strategies for improving or leveraging these systems.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent, and/or 3 years work experience in related field required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or appropriate related field preferred.

Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
