JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Business Intelligence Analyst for Outreach Health, you are responsible to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business. This includes organizing data points, communicating between management and the IT department, and providing support to end users.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, LICENSE, AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree in relevant field, or equivalent work experience
Creating SQL objects including Tables, Complex Stored Procedures, Effective Functions, Views, Indexes, Triggers and SQL Performance Tuning;
Database development using Microsoft SQL Server in OLTP/OLAP environments using integration services (SSIS) for ETL;
SSRS and Power BI reports;
Project management and delivery and data warehousing and business intelligence platforms
Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must have strong analytical skills and be able to handle a variety of tasks
The ability to work both as a team and independently
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
Must be humble, teachable, and open minded
