Business Intel Developer L2 - Decision Support Services

Overview:
The Business Intelligence Developer (BID) must be able to translate the business needs of the customer, engage in discussion to better understand why the need for data exists, and employ technical tools to create data-driven solutions. The BID L2 will provide consultative services in response to service requests and ensure email requests are likewise represented. The BID L2 will lead/steward the use of these solutions to help change/measure/drive key business processes and key coordinated, clinical initiatives. They will develop interactive data solutions to drive improvement . The BID L2 will act as a customer relationships manager with clients, creating high levels of engagement. Clients typically exist across the enterprise/health system. The BID L2 will communicate with a wide customer base ranging from unit managers to executives and board members while gathering information from several sources, analyzing and summarizing the information to help draw conclusions.
The employee will access information considered ‘confidential and protected’ and therefore must comply with all relevant policies and procedures related to the use, disclosure, and security of this information as well as policies related to security of the organization’s information systems. As a result, the individual is required to complete mandatory annual compliance with privacy and security.
