POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Analytics & Insights team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our data strategy by developing and managing key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting in-depth analysis, and providing actionable insights to drive business performance. • Develop and Manage KPIs: Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and assess business performance. Ensure that KPI frameworks align with organizational goals, facilitate accurate data collection, and enable actionable insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine KPI definitions, develop reporting standards, and optimize performance measurement systems for continuous improvement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Use statistical techniques to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Reporting: Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Collaborate with business units to ensure alignment of KPIs with organizational objectives.
• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by developing and implementing data validation and quality control procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Recommend and implement improvements to data analysis processes and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience in developing and managing KPIs, with a demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into meaningful metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry. (Preferred)
• Advanced degree or certification in data analysis or related field. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. (Preferred)
