We have two fantastic opportunities to join SNG as Business Intelligence Analyst - Business Performance and Improvement on a fixed term basis for 24 months. You’ll be based from either Wembley, London or Basingstoke combining office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance. Please be aware there are expectations to attend the Wembley office during regulatory reporting periods.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Within broad direction set by Business Intelligence Manager, this role will deliver key accountabilities and have the autonomy of decided how they best tackle tasks allocated to them. You’ll also:
- Excellent Python, R, or SQL skills
- Good understanding or knowledge of data visualisation
- Ability to produce forecasts and predictive modelling
- Ability to build and create reports and experience with Power BI
- Excellent interpersonal communication and promotional skills, with the intelligence and credibility to influence colleagues and managers
Experience with working collaboratively and leading on projects across different business areas Any experience with PowerBI would be advantageous but isn’t essential
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will deliver actionable insights and data tools to drive forward business performance. In this varied role based in the Business Intelligence team, you will work on exciting projects, from providing creative insights through your analysis skills to designing Power BI reports to provide the end user with data on business performance at their fingertips. Responsibilities include:
- Analyse performance information to identify trends, best practice and areas for improvement
- Build/create/maintain PowerBI reports when required by other teams or in order to carry out analysis and provide information.
- Promote the use of business performance information by operational teams by acting as an internal consultant
- Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Provide commentary on key performance indicators for executive board and the board
