SB Media Group are offering a competitive salary range of £35 - £45k determined by your experience and the positive impact you bring to our team.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a curious and diligent individual who is already proficient in the hard skills required: SQL (MySQL) and Tableau, and eager to learn how our business ticks, asking questions and share their knowledge to play a key role in pushing us towards higher performance standards.
You will likely have at least 2 years’ experience working as a BI analyst in a commercial environment, but we know it’s not all about how long you’ve been active so we would love to hear about what you’ve been doing, what you have worked on, how it was built, and what made it a success.

Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
We are seeking a BI Analyst to join our data team of 4 to become a crucial reinforcement for many areas of the business. In this role you will be responsible for analysing data, developing insights and creating impactful visualisations that inform strategic decisions across the business.
You will be trusted to make meaningful decisions to understand our marketing activities, billing systems, post sign up monetisation, directly influencing company growth and improving our user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exploring new analytical techniques to extract new insights from existing data
- Ensure data models and measures are accurate, efficient and sustainable
- Developing insightful BI reports that prioritise effective data visualisation techniques, either Ad Hoc or via Tableau to share with and inform the wider team
- Design and maintain a comprehensive internal BI dashboard to support company wide
reporting and strategic initiatives
