Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in-office at XTEL, Bologna)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) capabilities. This role involves a blend of data management, analytical reporting, and business intelligence to support decision-making processes across the company. You will be instrumental in building and refining our data systems and producing insightful dashboards that drive strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reports, ensuring accurate and actionable data is available to stakeholders.
  • Review and recommend enhancements to the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) database and its integration with Salesforce, utilising SQL or similar technologies.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide insights on financial and operational metrics to the FP&A team, CFO, and the wider business.
  • Provide ad hoc support for various FP&A tasks, including month-end reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in dashboard creation with Power BI or equivalent BI tools.
  • Strong experience in managing and optimising SQL databases.
  • Expertise in analysing large data sets and developing automated reporting solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and independent approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective remote working skills with the flexibility to travel to our Casalecchio office 2-3 days per week.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred but not essential.
