JOB TITLE: BI & Analytics Manager (Python)
SALARY: £ 57,546 - £63,940 per annum
LOCATION: Leeds
HOURS: Full-time – 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, in our Leeds office. Our anchor days for this role is Monday and Tuesday, so you’ll be expected to come into the office for those days.

Responsibilities:

  • lead our Business Insights and Analytics colleagues in the Economic Crime Prevention Platform to support the fight against Economic Crime
  • perform and guide analysis to measure the potential benefits of new tools which aim to prevent fraud Economic Crime
  • develop innovative solutions which support the monitoring of our Economic Crime Prevention Controls through reporting and dashboards and use these to help prioritise improvements in loss prevention and customer experience.
  • support LBG Customers having better protection from fraud, lower inconvenience from false positives, and better reporting to regulators and crime agencies.
  • support the development of junior members of the team and help them to improve their analytical and coding skills
  • work with collaborators across the group to identify requirements and opportunities to enhance our Economic Crime Prevention controls that help Britain, rather than fraudsters, prosper
