REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, informatics, Information Systems, or a related IT/data field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with Business Intelligence platforms, such as Microsoft Power BI, QlikView, or Crystal Reports, is required.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is preferred.
  • Competence in database queries and writing stored procedures is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
  • Experience in architecting data warehouses or data lakes is desirable.
  • An understanding of dynamic scripting languages such as Python or R is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple reporting and data requests while adhering to timelines.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with team members.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including after hours and weekends, is expected.
  • A strong work ethic and excellent attendance record are required.

Responsibilities:

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

The Business Intelligence Analyst is required to do the following tasks, but not limited to:

  • Collaborate closely with our Data Engineer to ensure that our Data Lakehouse is configured to enable teams to efficiently generate their own “self-service” reports from a repository of high-quality, validated, and cleansed data.
  • Maintain data integrity, the candidate will participate in our data governance initiatives, collaborating with teams across the enterprise to establish structures that guarantee valid and accurate data and reporting.
