Description:
We are seeking a bilingual BI developer who will report to the team lead, Ecommerce & analytics, and who will be tasked to design/redesign, develop and maintain BI solutions within the eCommerce business to support strategic decision-making processes. You will play a pivotal role in helping deliver to market a variety of initiatives to fuel our digital retail D2C (direct to consumer) and omnichannel experience strategy. As part of your role, you will also ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, create and optimize data models, build and optimize reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an eCommerce or Retail environment.
Passion for data and analytics with a great attention for detail and the overall user experience.
Strong experience with BI tools and data modeling (MS Power BI, DAX Studio, Tabulor Editor BigQuery an asset).
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, creating reports, and data manipulation.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Highly motivated to work in a dynamic organization, employing a collaborative, continuous improvement, and innovation mindset.
Experience with Python, Jira, MS PowerApps, MS Power Automate, DevOps, SQL, Snowflake, Data Visualization (an asset).
