Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking for a Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation Lead to be located in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a BI and digital transformation strategy and detailed project plan that will support organizational priorities. Focus on internal and external data sources, building a market model and insights channels to assure data driven decision at all levels.
- Collaborates and extensively investigates business information needs based on a strong understanding of business processes, drivers, and priorities.
- Lead Commercial Excellence team for One MedTech MEA, consisting of the following exercise: Salesforce effectiveness, Distributor analytics, Sales Commission scheme and payout, QBI (Quality Business Intelligence) process, and the data maintenance of the platforms related to these exercises.
- Lead the design and implementation of different data pipelines for OneMD operations MEA, which support various functions in the organization compile and analyze their data, as well consolidating and blending these reports/datasets for comprehensive reports and dashboards.
- Lead the design and build of data pipelines that enable advanced warehousing and analytics, while maintaining data integrity and quality
- Aim to drive self-service analytics through improved dashboards and reports that also enhance collaboration across the organization
- Develop data assets that address the demand of various stakeholders/functions in the organization
- Lead SFE across One MD, ensure SFE team provides the necessary analytics, insights, and support continuous improvement on strategic partnership with commercial.
- Lead distributor analytic for continuity & accuracy & timeliness of monthly IMS/Stock reports & Business Reviews
- Review distributor stock levels and IMS performance, highlight possible risks and opportunities in timely manner and provide specific inputs and actionable insights to the business partners to support healthy decision making and better distributor stock management.
- Lead QBI reviews, ensure team provides analysis & insights and follows-up the action items with stakeholders. Identify possible risk and opportunities to support ME MD delivers in line with the financial targets.
- Lead Strategic Account analytics, drive fact-based decision making through enhancing data validity & developing market insights.
- Pioneer continuous improvement QBI & IMS/Stock & Strategic Account reporting: create advanced digital dashboards for QBI and IMS/Stock.
- Lead/support key projects related to Business Intelligence.
- Ensure Business operations SOPs are kept up to date.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of the commission scheme process
- Ensure the integrity and quality of all related platforms to ComEx, such as and not limited to, SalesIQ, Reltio, JDE, SAP, Salesforce, Artemis and other
- Based on external and internal business insights is responsible for creation of the Digital transformation strategy for the sector and region
- Communicates direction for Business Intelligence (BI) and Digital Transformation processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Coaches team members to ensure the seamless integration of data modeling techniques.
- Assures adoption of Data driven decision-making culture in the organization at all levels
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Marketing/ Economics/ Business, or Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in business life
- 3 or more years of experience in BI/Finance/Pricing/Commercial
- Experience in Medical Device Industry or Pharma is a big plus
- Excellence in MS office, specifically Excel, power BI/Qlik sense
- Location: UAE (self-initiated relocation is an option)
