PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in supply chain management and digital transformation projects is highly desirable. Experience in wholesale/distribution sectors is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with IT and digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of new systems and processes to improve customer service, reduce costs, and accelerate sales growth (ERP, WMS, CRM, B2B).

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will spearhead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies that support the company’s operational and IT objectives. They will collaborate closely with IT and various business units to enhance decision-making and optimize performance through insightful analytics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business intelligence strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic and tactical business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions that drive continuous improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality controls and validation processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence technologies, adopting best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
