Description:
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Provide guidance on best practices and ensure continuous professional development of the team.
- Work closely with business partners to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, solution, and build data visualization products to be consumed by our Sales & CX Leadership teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and execute against a prioritized backlog of data visualization and business intelligence tasks.
- Work with a supporting cast of analysts and engineers to understand requirements and develop CRMA dashboards to embed in Salesforce Experience Cloud sites..
- Implement UX components by following CRMA dashboard design principles and deliver new capabilities, PoC dashboards, and predictive models.
- Partner closely with data engineering to ensure on-time delivery of components and features..
- Develop and maintain internal product documentation. This may include but not limited to data sources and ERDs, logical definition defined in the presentation layer, and visual assets/libraries (including images, styles, colors, etc).
- Oversee data quality including validation, cleansing/scrubbing data in the presentation layer.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between the IT department and other business units.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
- Knowledge of Cisco’s business and data platforms
- GCP, Snowflake, SAP HANA, SFDC, CRMA knowledge is desired
- Experience in Cisco and Sales/Marketing highly preferred as ideal candidate will have working knowledge of the CX business and relevant data architectures.
