Transformation Office Process Intelligence is a multi-skilled global team comprised of BI Architects, SQL/Python experts, Statisticians, Front end BI experts, Project Mangers and Product Leads. We create data products and dashboards to ascertain and monitor the cost of the products sold by the various Lines of Business. Leveraging advanced models, we identify opportunities for cost/risk reduction while providing operational KPI dashboards to facilitate data guided decision making across Citco

Responsibilities:

  • Upkeep of development roadmap and resource management details.
  • Contribute to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal
  • Track and drive project progress against defined milestones
  • Assist with Analysis and Data Gathering and QA testing
  • Facilitate daily meetings, planning meetings, reviews and retrospectives
  • Ensure the team is fully functional and productive, enabling them to reach their goals
  • Encourage and support the team’s self-organization and growth
  • Remove impediments that may obstruct the team’s ability to achieve its goals
  • Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions
  • Maintain and report the team’s progress and successes to ensure transparency
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence
  • Ability to comprehend business objectives, processes, and challenges including technical aspects
  • Ability to think critically and formulate logic-based opinions
  • Collaborate with various resources in various locations and time zones.
  • Identifying and documenting detailed requirements as required for initiatives
  • Tailoring the communication plan appropriately for each stakeholder group
  • Ensuring risks and issues are identified, tracked and escalated to PM and Stakeholders
