Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of core management reporting tracking key business performance metrics for the Management teams.
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of core dashboards for specific functions – enabling them access to measure and track key metrics that drive their performance.
- Create clear and compelling data visualisations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain standard reporting templates and dashboards showing agreed metrics that support business decision-making and are tailored in the level of detail for differing stakeholder groups.
- Ensuring data quality and reliability, providing feedback to business owner, and working closely with other data teams within the business to understand source data.
- Scope high-impact business problems which data can help to resolve, collecting requirements and providing analysis in collaboration with stakeholders with recommended actions to take.
- Working with the Director, analyze core business problems, researching and formulating actionable recommendations that can be presented to Management.
- Partner to the development of optimised/automated solutions to enable faster/Regular reporting and visualisations.
- Support the move from an observational analytics approach, to incorporate techniques to move to faster analysis including identification of patterns and trends.
- Work closely with the Business Operations team to identify gaps in process and/or data collection to continuously improve our ability to collect, analyse and provide insights across all areas of the business.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery/stakeholder management.
- You must be comfortable with handling and organising large sets of data to assist in the development of high-quality information reports and be able to convert it into meaningful management information.
- Ensures development output is documented and maintained
