ABOUT YOU (SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE):

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: proven experience in BI, with expertise in tools like Looker or Zoho Analytics.
  • Technical Skills: experience with SQL/NoSQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and scripting languages (e.g., Python).
  • Governance Knowledge: understanding of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR) and governance frameworks.
  • Soft Skills: strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication.
  • Preferred: experience with cloud platforms (AWS), advanced analytics, AI integration, and regulated environments. Relevant certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE (RESPONSIBILITIES)

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to join our Data Platform Team.
You will collaborate with digital transformation teams (data, automation, and Gen-AI) to create and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools. Your work will ensure access to high-quality data, metrics, and KPIs while adhering to security and compliance standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dashboard Development: design and manage interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools.
  • Data Visualization: create compelling visualizations to communicate trends and insights effectively.
  • Collaboration: work with multidisciplinary teams to understand data needs and deliver BI solutions.
  • Data Quality: ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for decision-making.
  • Define KPIs: identify and track key performance indicators aligned with business objectives.
  • Governance & Compliance: ensure BI solutions meet governance, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Data Models: optimize models and schemas for performance and scalability.
  • Stay Updated: continuously improve BI capabilities by adopting new tools and best practices.
  • Documentation: maintain detailed documentation of BI processes and solutions.
  • Compliance Training: complete mandatory company-wide and role-specific training.
