Training will be provided to ensure all independent assessors will understand and be fully competent in the development and application of appropriate marking schema and rubrics. Independent assessors will be fully briefed to understand the marking criteria and rubrics for the End Point Assessment.
Independent assessors will undertake an appropriate induction to fully understand the Digital Marketer or Retail Leadership Degree Apprenticeship model and apprenticeship standards so that all assessments are applied with the correct context.
