ROLES & OBJECTIVES

As an intern, you will contribute to the provisions of legal services and have the opportunity to be involved in various projects. You will be supporting the Law department, in particular, by:

• Conducting legal researches in various fields of Swiss law
• Maintaining the Swiss affiliate’s corporate governance framework, administering signature rights, drafting requests to the Trade Register and preparing Board resolutions
• Updating and reviewing contract templates and their translations into French and/or German
• Providing trainings on local regulations and internal policies
• Managing an online legal platform and preparing newsletters
