We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Management Analyst- Chief Operating Office to join our Technology Services Group, Office of the CIO team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID. Candidate must reside within commutable distance to office.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS:
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas within core infrastructure technology to deliver platform objectives sustaining holistic mindset to help connect dots between cross-functional areas.
Drive recurring budget planning-related activities for platform including general planning, facilitating calls, meeting minutes and follow ups, as well as building complex executive-level presentations.
Oversee for the Book of Work (BoW) to increase transparency and proactive tracking that feeds various executive reporting.
Provide executive support, liaison between teams to execute platform-level exercises and provide general administrative services.
Responsible for supporting infrastructure groups, ensuring timely transparency and consistency in dissemination of information, hot topics, and ad-hoc exercises.
Execute recurring reporting and look for new opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency across service team functions.
Conceptualize, create, and/or coordinate executive level presentations to help tell platform story and drive strategic initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement through focus on service excellence, operational, risk and control enhancements.
Lead planning for and execution of various platform level ad-hoc exercises.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
3+ years of experience in IT; 1+ years in IT Service Management role required; experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
In-depth understanding of business and organizational dynamics and awareness of contemporary concepts in IT infrastructure and production services.
Demonstrated ability to exercise excellent judgment, apply strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive information.
Strategic and tactical project management capabilities coupled with strong analytic and financial acumen.
Strong written/verbal communication and presentations skills, including strategic storytelling and sr. executive views.
Highly proficient in Excel, including v-lookups, pivot tables, report creation.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
Pragmatic problem solver, forward thinking with independence of thought.
Demonstrated experience in leading change, with track record of identifying and implementing opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
Influencing skills; Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers.
