Role Overview
The Business Support Analyst plays crucial role in assisting and facilitating the day to day operation of business management processes within Technology.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support the Technology CAO and Business Manager with BAU responsibilities.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the Technology function for queries and information
  • Provide analysis and assistance with ad-hoc requests required for effective running of the Technology function.
  • Collate meeting materials, capture key outputs and ensure completion of actions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with budget holders to acquire an understanding of allocated projects and business areas, enabling challenge and quality assurance when reviewing spend requests for Group CIO approval.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the Technology function for queries and information
  • Assist with coordinating employment engagement activities such as team building events

Experience / Competences

Essential

  • Highly developed analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a busy environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Credible and confident with the ability to persuade and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong and flexible work ethic with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
  • Self-motivated individual with an ability to prioritise different tasks while operating within a cross functional team environment
  • Agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational
