Description:
Ashburton Toyota is seeking an exceptional and high performing person to perform the rewarding role of Business Manager.
We are searching for a highly motivated person who has a track record of successful sales performance and proven natural ability to lead. This is a role which requires a natural ability to compliment NZ’s favorite vehicle brand with our wide Finance and Insurance product range, as well as a comprehensive skill set to assist our well-established sales team towards achieving the business goals and department KPI’s. Professional and personalised communication skills are required at all levels of this role, along with a strong competence with technology and systems.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will sit within our sales team and be responsible for the upsell of finance, insurance, and aftercare products on all vehicle sales, some marketing elements, management of your individual sales and goals, assisting our sales team with some administrative tasks and most importantly providing an exceptional and personalised experience for our valued customers. At the centre of this fast-paced role is a strong sales element, so the successful applicant will be confident in identifying opportunities, adding to long-standing relationships and the ability to think outside the square. Putting our customer’s requirements and wishes at the centre of what we do is an absolute must. Managing relationships with some of our suppliers and wholesalers, internal staff and working with our wider group teams is another key part of this position.
Applicants with experience in vehicle finance and insurance or sales would have an advantage in this rewarding role, however we are seeking interest from applicants with experience in all fields of sales and leadership.
