• An excellent communicator, you will have strong organisational skills along with a proactive and confident approach.
• In-depth understanding with processes and compliance.
• Great track record in a commercial environment.
• Experience in the construction concrete industry would be an advantage.
• Strong IT skills.
• 45 hours per week Monday to Saturday.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A great opportunity to join the management team at Brett Concrete. A holistic role responsible for both sales and operational management of our Portsmouth Concrete Batching Plant.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

• Manage the commercial performance of the concrete plant by developing relationships with local customers and key stakeholders.
• Deliver a commercial strategy aimed at maximising revenue, margin, and sales of value-added products.
• Budget responsibility for all aspects of operational spend including fixed and variable costs.
• Produce accurate financial forecasts for capital expenditure and exceptional maintenance spend.
• You will be responsible for all aspects of Operations, Safety, Health, Environmental, Quality and Sustainability.
• Provide the highest level of customer service and product quality to Brett Concrete customers.
